Continuing from James’s note —
Meet the AI front desk we built for Your Veterinary Practice.
It's trained on Your Veterinary Practice's website and everything we could find, so it answers your phone like it's always worked your front desk. Press call below and talk to it now.
Try it now — ask your hours, schedule an appointment, or throw an after-hours emergency at it. Real voice, in your browser, no app or sign-up. Capped at 3 minutes.

Behind the scenes
What Robin actually did
Actions the assistant takes appear here as you talk — driven by real tool calls, not a script. Book, text, queue a refill, ask for a real person, or throw an emergency at it.

Ask Your Veterinary Practice’s assistant anything
This is the same brain that answers the phone — and it plugs straight into WhatsApp and a web chat widget, the channels your pet parents already message you on. Ask it a real question and watch it reply live from Your Veterinary Practice’s own information — scheduling, hours, refills, triage and more.

What it could do for you
A few of the things it handles — day, night and after you close.
These are the kinds of calls and follow-ups it covers for your clinic. Tap any one to see how it actually goes — and what's on your schedule by morning.
When it needs a human, your team gets it.
Anything beyond first-pass triage — a clinical judgement call, a complaint, a billing dispute — is passed to your team via text or WhatsApp with the full call summary attached. No voicemail black hole; nothing falls through.
Every one of these is revenue — and time — that used to walk by morning.
- New clients, refills and follow-ups land on your own schedule overnight — not lost to whoever picked up first or stuck in voicemail till morning.
- Leads that quietly went cold get followed up and won back on their own — the chasing your front desk never finds time for.
- Hours of phone-tag your team simply never has to do — every call handled the moment it comes in, no one working the phone at 2 AM.
The honest bit: Triage and scheduling only — never diagnosis. The exam on the day decides.
The numbers behind the phoneIndustry figures.
of inbound calls go unanswered
first-visit revenue per missed new-client call
lost to each no-show — cut misses 40–60%

James Stallwood
Founder, VoxalFlow
Hi, I’m James. VoxalFlow is a one-person agency, on purpose — and Robin, the receptionist you just met, is the part I build and tune myself, for veterinary clinics specifically.
I spent years watching small practices lose the same enquiry over and over — the phone ringing while someone was already on another call, a message landing at 9pm on a Sunday and forgotten by Monday. A booking lost to a missed call isn’t a phone problem; it’s a coverage problem. I started VoxalFlow to fix exactly that — but only for industries I could go deep on. A receptionist tuned for vets shouldn’t pretend to know med spas.
Robin’s already live in a real clinic. I built and launched the front desk for Luna The Dental Vets — it answers their enquiries and books appointments straight into their schedule. Here’s how its first week went:
of enquiries handled after hours
of enquiries converted to a booking

Your move
I built this in 3 hours. Imagine it in 3 days.
No catch, and nothing to set up on a call. Take it for a spin — then grab a time and I'll walk you through making it live.
- Live in 3 days — a real build.
- Built around your clinic.
- Catches every call and message, day or night.
- Nothing to set up on your end.
